Technical Roofing Detail:
Cracked lead valley gutter and slate roof repair. Repaired with mineral finish torch on felt strips and matching roof slates.

Technical Roofing Detail:
This is a metal standing seam roof system with hidden PVC metal gutters. The fascia and soffit are also in fabricated sheet metal flashings with the copper oxide effect. There is a flat roof area with decking vapour insulation and a PVC membrane finish (Armourplan) over the ticket office.
Booterstown Station
This was a Galvanised Metal Roof which was removed along with the old sheeting rails. A new standing seam Zinc roof with new steel multi beam purlins was then fitted and flashed neatly at perimeter.
